Travelling to LA and eager to explore? Take one of the LA Big Buses and explore the city's attractions and everything it has to offer. Pick the route that best suits your itinerary, or simply spend a day or two hopping on and off them all.
The Hop-On Hop-Off tour enables you to go around the most renowned locations in the City of Angels and includes attractions such as the TCL Chinese Theatre, Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and much more. There are 2 main routes covering the most iconic Los Angeles landmarks and attractions, giving you the chance to see exactly what Los Angeles has to offer.
Pick a one or two-day ticket and learn the history and fun facts about Hollywood as the Big Bus double-decker takes you on a ride through time with 12 different stops on our Hollywood Route. Hop on and off as many times as you like, giving you plenty of time to explore.
To complement the Hollywood tour, the Santa Monica Beach Shuttle is a great way to travel from Beverly Hills to the infamous Santa Monica and Venice beaches. This is great for passengers looking to spend time at the Pier, swimming or soaking up the sun; both of our routes are filled with FUN!
There are three different types of tickets to choose from:

Red Route (Hollywood Route) - First bus at 10.00am. The last full tour is 4.30pm. The buses run every 30-45 minutes and the full tour duration is 2 hours.
With 12 stops along the way, the Hollywood Tour begins in the heart of Hollywood where the Walk of Fame is. Shortly after departing, experience views of the historic TCL Chinese Theatre and make your way off Hollywood Blvd as you head to the Sunset Strip. Next, travel through West Hollywood towards the well-known city of Beverly Hills, where many scenes from movies were filmed. The Hollywood tour offers multiple stops, so you can hop off to shop and eat, but the most popular stop is The Farmer’s Market/The Grove. Finish the Hollywood Tour with a loop around Paramount Studios and a stop right in front of their gates.
Red Route stops - Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood (1) - TCL Chinese Theatre (2) - Guitar Center “Rock Walk” (3) - The Comedy Store (4) - West Hollywood (5) - Beverly Gardens Park (6) - Beverly Center (7) - LACMA/La Brea Tarpits (8) - Farmers Market/The Grove (9) - Melrose Ave Shopping (10) - Paramount Studios (11) - Hollywood and Vine (12).
Blue Route (Beach Shuttle) - First bus at 10.45am from stop 10. The last full tour is 4.15pm from stops 6 and 16. The buses run every 60 minutes and the full tour duration is 1 hour 45 minutes.
Take advantage of the Beach Shuttle to catch a wave or stroll along the pier. Passengers will be picked up at Stop 6 in Beverly Gardens and transported to Santa Monica. Learn about and view Beverly Hills, Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica Pier and the beaches near the ocean. Hop off to explore the shops, restaurants and local vendors and why not spend the day at the beautiful beach and soak up the sun.

AGBs für Big Bus Los Angeles Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour
- You will be sent a gate-ready Big Bus Ticket. Simply print it in advance or present it on your smartphone for boarding.
- A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. All Children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
- Luggage is not permitted on board the bus at this time.
- Big Bus Los Angeles runs every day of the year, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.
- The tour company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the company’s control.
- Please note routes may cancelled and operating times may change without notice. Please check the times locally.
- All buses run on live GPS tracking. For accurate times on the day of travel, please ensure you download the Big Bus Tours App.
- Tickets and vouchers can be redeemed at any of the Big Bus Stops by the driver or by one of the customer service representatives at Stop 1, Visitor Center.
- Celebrity Homes & Lifestyle Tour - Please check in 15-20 minutes early at Stop 1 Visitor Center to redeem your tickets and vouchers.
